15 Sledgehammer Strikes/Russian KB Twists (26/18)

20 Wall Balls (20/14)/Sit-ups

15/10 Calorie Bike/Hanging Knee Raises

Rest 2 Minutes Between Stations

Rx+ = Toes-2-Bar for Knee Raises

Partner A will complete the assigned reps of movement one while Partner B completes AMRAP of movement 2, then switch. Only teams reps of the second movement count.
