10 Minutes to Complete Each Couplet (40 Min Total)
1) 100/75 Cal Assault Bike/200 Sit-ups
2) 1000 Single Jump Rope/220 Russian KB Twist (35/26)
3) 1600/1200m Row/140 Wall Balls (20/14)
4) Run 1200m/120 Parallette Pass Through
Team reps. Each team will have 10 minutes to complete the assigned reps for each station. Target is to be complete within 8 minutes. Rest the remaining time, then rotate to next station and repeat. Score is total time.
Scaling option is to complete as team of 3.
