3 RFT of:
A – Row 1000
B – Run 800
C – 150 Double Unders (2:1) Singles
Then in Unison:
30 Unison Sit-ups (Arms-Linked)
30 Team STOH (95/65)
Rx+ = GHD Situps; 135/85 STOH
Master’s Rx = 75/55 STOH
Each team member will choose to complete A,B or C then move in unison to situps and STOH. For the second and third round, partners will choose a different movement from A,B or C until each has been completed.
