Teams of 2-3
E2MOM for max reps:
1) Air Squats
2) Mountain Climbers
3) Row OR Bike for Calories
4) MB Sit-ups (20/14)
5) Rest
Rx+= Wear vest (20/10) + sub 50m sprint in place of row/bike
Each sprint = 5 reps
3X through, 30 seconds transition between movements. 1 Partner working at a time, rotate as needed.
