B) 100 Burpees
A) 5 Hang Power Clean (95/65#)
B) 200 Jumping Pull-ups
Rx+= 135/85#
Scaled = 75/55#, 50, 100 reps
Minute one, Partner 1 will complete movement A then as many of movement B as possible for the remainder of the minute. Partner B will do the same on the next minute while Partner A rests. Rotate until 100 team burpees and 200 Jumping Pullups are completed.
