100 KB Goblet Squats (53/35#)

75 Wall Balls (20/14#)

50 In-Unison KBS (53/35#)

Run 400m Together

Rx+= (70/44#) Goblet Squats & KBS

All reps are team reps except DUs and KBS where each partner completes 75 and 50 reps. One partner working at a time except runs and KBS. Break up reps however you like.
