Metcon (Time)
Partner Team 2 or 4
Partner 1: Run 200
then
A – 5 Pull ups
B – 10 Burpees
C – 15 Thrusters
D – 20 Sit ups
E – 25 Parallette Jump Over
Partner 1 runs 200m and then executes the next exercise in order. 2 person team partner goes when exercise complete. 4 person Partner 2 goes when run is complete and cannot advance until partner 1 clears.
