Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

CF Baseball – AMRAP 20 min

Team of 4 or 5

– “Bases” are set up around the 200m course

1. 15 Pull up

2. 15 Overhead Lunges (prison style)

3. 15 Burpees

4. 15 Tire jumps

Complete 15 reps before moving to the next station, you cannot begin the next movement before your team mate finishes.

Points are scored when you complete 1 round. Add completed bases to total.
