Partner Workout: 1st movement is the pacer, 2nd movement counts for reps.

4 mins work, 2 mins rest of the following:

– 50ft OH walking lunges (45/25#)/Goblet squats 70/53#

-Core plank/double unders (3:1 singles)

-Static hang from bar/pushups

-50m shuttle run/slam balls 15/10#

-12/9 calories on bike/weighted situps 35/25# dumbell
