After coach led general warm up, spend 10 minutes warming up and practicing power snatches.

Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

Every 5:00 for 30:00 (6 rounds)

Bike 1200 meters

10 power snatches 95/65#

10 lateral burpees over the bar

*score is your time for each round. If needed, scale reps back so that you can complete the entire round in more than 4:00
