For time, partitioning anyhow:
Row 2000/1800 meters
50 pull ups
100 push ups
150 air squats
Run 1600 meters
RX+, wear a weight vest 20/10#
**You can partition the reps any way you would like. There is no specific order you need to complete them in. Any rep scheme and order is allowed.
*40 minute time cap
If you don’t have a rower…Sub a 1 mile /1600m run
No pull up bars, sub 50 situps
