Start 7min clock

Choose:

Run 800m, Row 1000m or AAB 1.5mi

Repeat until end of 7min clock:

10 Samson lunges

10 Inch worms

then….

Partner Workout:

16x 20m lunge (alternate rounds)

80 double pushup burpees (switch whenever)

4x 100m farmer carry (alternate rounds)

10x 100m sled drag (alternate rounds)

10x 10 ring rows (alternate rounds)
