5-10# more than last week. Complete 5 sets of 5 working up to a heavy set for the day.
Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
4 rounds for total reps of:
2:00 of reverse lunge to step ups 20″ box, 25/15# dumbbells in each hand
2:00 max calorie bike
**on lunge step ups switch legs every 5 reps
