Hang Power Clean (Work to a heavy set of 5 for the day)
Complete a minimum of 5 sets working your way up to a tough set of 5 for the day.
*** Between your 5 working sets, complete 8-12 tough push ups. Scale on box or bench. Add weight to your back if good at push ups.

Rest exactly 1:00 between rounds
