Every 4:00 for 36:00 (3 rounds)
Alternate between:
Station 1 – 500m row
Station 2 – 400m run
Station 3 – 1200m bike
RX+ 750m row, 600m run, 1800m bike
*Complete each station at about 85% effort, hard but not all out sprint. You get to rest the remainder of the 4:00 once you finish that station.
**If you complete all 9 stations in under the 4:00 window, your score is 9.
***Only try for RX+ if you are able to easily complete all RX stations under 2:00
