With a partner:

8 min at each station with 2 min rest between stations.

*movement 1 is your score and movement 2 is the pacer.

Station 1 – partner 1 does assault bike while partner 2 does 100m farmers carry.

Score is total cals

*35/20# farmers carry

Station 2 – partner 1 rows for cals while partner 2 runs 200m.

Score is total cal

Station 3 – partner 1 does Burpee box step ups while partner 2 does 40 plate hops onto 45# plate.

Score is total Burpee step ups

*24/20″ box
