Fitness starts with Food (Time)
Partner WOD- For every # of food you both bring in you get to cut one rep of your choice (not including the run)
Run 1 mile
100 wall balls (20#/14#)
200 Burpees
300 Sit ups
Run 1 mile
Run the mile together then partition the wall balls/burpees/situps any way you want between each other, but you must complete all of the wall balls before burpees before sit ups.
