How does this work?

Our one hour long CrossFit classes are a constantly varied combination of functional movements consisting of body weight exercise, weighted exercise, and cardio.

Our classes are fun! It’s never the same as yesterday, and it’s never boring.

Our classes are designed to improve your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

In short, it is a balanced diet of exercise designed to make you look better, feel better and perform better.

You will never be alone wondering what to do.

Our CrossFit classes have a great group dynamic, and all of our classes are led by one of our highly skilled coaches.

Our coaches are experienced CrossFit Trainers that have passed our rigorous Instructor Training Program.

You will be instructed, led and coached by the very best through everything you do.
